Build Inku's Freelancer Partner Program from the ground up. Recruit and activate a network of creative freelancers who introduce brands to AI-powered content creation. Run strategic outreach, organize partner events, and experiment with activation models that turn freelancers into active Inku advocates. Work directly with co-founders to shape program structure, refine value propositions, and scale what works.

Creative freelancers are the trusted advisors of brands — but they're stuck recommending slow agencies or generic AI tools that can't match brand identity. Inku changes that equation.

We build custom Brand Engines that give brands creative autonomy  freelancers are the perfect bridge to introduce this category-defining technology to their clients.

As Partner Manager Intern, you're building the foundation of our Freelancer Partner Program — a network that turns creative professionals into Inku advocates and revenue partners.

You're not just recruiting partners — you're building a program that activates them. You'll experiment with messaging, test partnership models, organize community touchpoints, and turn insights into scalable systems.

You will:

• Find and recruit freelancers who work with brands that need better creative workflows
• Run personalized outreach across email, Linked In, and creative communities
• Activate partnerships — from first contact to active client introductions
• Organize events & info sessions to educate partners and build community
• Experiment relentlessly — test different value props, onboarding flows, and incentive structures
• Gather feedback and data to refine the program and identify what scales
• Work directly with co-founders to shape program strategy and GTM approach
• Become an Inku expert — understand our AI Brand Engines well enough to train partners

You're not following a playbook — you're writing it.

• Drive partner recruitment: Identify freelancers in marketing, design, content, and branding who serve mid-to-enterprise brands
• Run multi-channel outreach: Thoughtful, personalized messaging — not mass spam
• Build activation workflows: Turn interested freelancers into active partners making introductions
• Create partner resources: Messaging templates, demo materials, value prop decks
• Organize touchpoints: Info sessions, partner events, 1-on-1 onboarding calls
• Track and analyze: Monitor engagement, conversion, and partner success — propose improvements
• Iterate fast: Test hypotheses, learn quickly, double down on what works

• Interest in business development, partnerships, or sales (internship or project experience is fine)
• Comfortable with outreach — you're not afraid to reach out cold or start conversations
• Systems thinker:
  You see patterns and ask "how do we scale this?"
• Self-starter mentality:
  You take ownership and don't wait for instructions
• Fast learner in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Belgium or willing to work hybrid in Leuven area

Bonus points:

• Existing network in freelance marketing, design, or creative communities
• Experience in creative industries, marketing, or SaaS
• Curious about AI and the future of content creation
• Previous startup or early-stage experience

This isn't a passive internship where you shadow someone or execute a predefined playbook. There is no playbook yet — you're building it.

You'll have real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly with founders. You'll experiment, fail fast, and iterate. You'll shape a program that could become a core growth engine for Inku.
