Web Functional Analyst

Join a dynamic Digital Technology (IT) division supporting commercial activities through web platforms. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery of omnichannel solutions (websites for HCPs and patients, CMS, and integrations with CRM and marketing automation tools).

Engagement Status: Freelance/Contract

• Start Date: ASAP (ideally within the month)
• Initial Duration: 6 months
• Extension: Likely (workload visibility for Batman at least 1 year)

• Collect, analyse, and challenge business requirements from affiliates and global teams.
• Lead workshops and clarification sessions to define priorities based on business value.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and technical teams to ensure accurate delivery.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies (grooming, refinement, planning, PI sessions).
• Support delivery phases: validate increments Juniers, clarify questions, and prepare handovers.
• Contribute to creating and reusing web components for multiple markets.
• Handle localisation of existing sites and creation of new components (front/back‑end).

• Strong technical background (able to produce developer‑ready deliverables).
• Solid understanding of web architectures and CMS ecosystems.
• Business analysis skills: ability to challenge priorities and drive clarity.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma or similar).

• Experience with Contentful (headless CMS).
• Technical knowledge of Node.js

  , and headless setups.
• SAFe/Agile certification or experience.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and omnichannel ecosystems.
• Experience in multi‑country, international environments.

• Proactive, autonomous, and structured.
• Comfortable interacting with developers and challenging business constructively.
