• Own the full learning system – architecture, design, execution, and continual iteration based on learner data.
• Write and design engaging, cinematic learning experiences that serve transformation, not just knowledge.
• Co‑create premium courses with experts and top performers, from strategy to final content delivery.
• Design, write, and refine AI conversations, prompt chains, and adaptive coaching loops.
• Measure, analyze, and iterate on engagement and transformation metrics, setting KPIs beyond completion rates.
• Collaborate with coaches, designers, psychologists, and engineers to maintain an integrated ecosystem.

Experience
3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Demonstrated end‑to‑end product shipping with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Portfolio of narrative‑rich, cinematic courses or learning programs.

Traits
Craft‑obsessed, strong writing and aesthetic sensibility, outcome‑focused, critical thinker, digital and AI savvy. Ready to iterate lines with precision and depth.

• French – native speaker
• English – fluent (written and spoken)
