IT Functional Analyst

Currently looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst for one of my clients in the banking sector
.

The role involves supporting the ongoing development and optimization of the Mortgages application
. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, particularly in Java and related ecosystems, with TIBCO services knowledge being a strong asset. The project's objective is to replace the current TIBCO orchestration services with a Java-based layer (Spring
5) and integrate new credit origination functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. The successful candidate will analyze existing TIBCO services and collaborate with the development team to implement new business functionalities.

• Analyze business needs and create functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate within an Agile team (Developer, Tester, PO, Scrum Master) and participate in ceremonies.
• Align with DEV/TEST colleagues to ensure unified understanding of solutions.
• Coach junior analysts and identify dependencies between deliverables.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  .
• Strong technical expertise in Java
  , software architecture, and integration principles.
• Preferable:
  XSD/XSLT
  , TIBCO
  , and experience with mortgage loans
  .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
  .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Dutch, French, and English (sound knowledge of English and at least one local language).

50% on‑site, 50% remote.
