Y tool by leading and supporting local action plan.
* Identify initiatives for process robustness and yield performance improvement to create value.
* Contribute to process monitoring practices transformation and deploy best practices and standards.
* Support continuous improvements, in particular of the deployment methodology.
** About you
***
* Experience:

*** At least 1 year of technical / scientific experience in pharma industry will be a plus point.
* Experience with any or all of product design, system design, project management, design thinking and data structures will be a plus.
** Soft and technical skills:
*** Strong communication skills, organization, and critical thinking.
* Understanding of reimbursement systems, international pricing rules and major pricing systems and their evolution would be a plus.
* Understanding and interest in industrial biotech processes, Statistics and Data Science (IA, machine learning).
* Lean manufacturing mindset (simplify, eliminate waste, focus on added value).
* Able to collaborate transversally, curios, adaptive, proactive, performance oriented, with ability to influence and lead.

* Education:

*** Master’s degree in Biotech / Data Science / another relevant quantitative field.
*
* Languages:

*** Fluent English language.
