Job Description As an
** Automation (AVEVA) Engineer**, you will join the department focusing on
** automation systems, PLC logic, and AVEVA platform support**, with strong emphasis on debugging, monitoring, and reporting.
** Key Responsibilities*
* • Automation / PLC
* Analyze PLC backups: navigate, identify relevant logic, and interpret operations.
* General understanding of PLC functionality (Siemens preferred).
* No programming required, but ability to read Ladder, Block, and SCL logic.
• Aveva Platform; debugging & Monitoring:
* Diagnose communication issues, monitor system performance, and interpret logs.
* Understand security routines: backup/restore, IT interactions, Active Directory integration.

Software Handling:
* Understand Aveva software structure and basic functions.
* Ability to duplicate/adapt existing objects; ideally create new objects based on architecture.
• SQL / SSMS / SSRS
* SSRS: critical for reporting (resolve SQL-based report issues).
* SSMS: explore databases, retrieve stored information.
* Write SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.##

Your profile
* Master’s degree in Automation, Electrics (Or bachelor’s degree if 5 years of experience).
* Automation:
Ability to interpret PLC logic and navigate backups.
* AVEVA:
Debugging, monitoring, and basic object handling.
* SQL/SSMS/SSRS:
Query writing and report troubleshooting.
* Fluent in English and good level of French.
