Resource Lead - UK & EU @ Ubique Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for network and infrastructure Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers impacting network delivery (e.g., dependencies, resource constraints, vendor coordination).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to help manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring network work items are clearly defined and prioritized.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies involving network, security, cloud, and application teams.
• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
• Support planning and delivery of network initiatives such as WAN, LAN, SD‑WAN, cloud networking, security integrations, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, SD‑WAN, VPNs, cloud networking).
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably supporting network or infrastructure teams.
