The IT Automation Test Engineer will contribute to long‑term initiatives by ensuring robust testing practices, automation coverage, and continuous improvement of quality standards across applications.

Requirements
  • Define, create, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
  • Execute functional, non‑functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end tests
  • Design, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks
  • Perform testing on web and mobile applications
  • Conduct API testing and validate data flows
  • Analyse test results and document defects clearly
  • Coordinate test execution, reporting, and follow‑up activities
  • Support business users during validation and acceptance testing
  • Promote quality best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have:

  • Strong experience as an IT Automation Test Engineer or Test Analyst
  • Solid experience with automation testing
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, SoapUI, and Postman
  • Experience in testing web applications
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON
  • Good understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • ISTQB and/or TMAP certification

Nice to Have / Should Have:

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter)
  • Basic understanding of Java
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Knowledge of BPMN notation
  • Experience in public‑sector or regulated environments

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and quality focus
  • Clear and structured communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
