The IT Automation Test Engineer will contribute to long‑term initiatives by ensuring robust testing practices, automation coverage, and continuous improvement of quality standards across applications.
Requirements- Define, create, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
- Execute functional, non‑functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end tests
- Design, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks
- Perform testing on web and mobile applications
- Conduct API testing and validate data flows
- Analyse test results and document defects clearly
- Coordinate test execution, reporting, and follow‑up activities
- Support business users during validation and acceptance testing
- Promote quality best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Must Have:
- Strong experience as an IT Automation Test Engineer or Test Analyst
- Solid experience with automation testing
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, SoapUI, and Postman
- Experience in testing web applications
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON
- Good understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- ISTQB and/or TMAP certification
Nice to Have / Should Have:
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter)
- Basic understanding of Java
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of BPMN notation
- Experience in public‑sector or regulated environments
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail and quality focus
- Clear and structured communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
