R&I Project Manager

Scio Teq is seeking a dedicated Research & Innovation (R&I) Project Manager to join our dynamic R&I team.

As R&I Project manager you play a crucial role in leading innovative projects and driving our company's growth through cutting‑edge research and development initiatives. Your work contributes directly to the organization’s strategic goals in research, development, and technological advancement.

• You define, monitor, and manage R&I projects schedule, resources, and budget.

• You establish and safeguard project scope in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• You lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective cross‑departmental collaboration.

• You ensure successful technological advancement.

• You ensure successful funding.

• You report on the execution of the project internally and externally.

• You prepare and submit progress and final reports detailing fund usage and project outcomes.

• You continuously monitor and identify public funding opportunities in line with our technology roadmap.

• You write and submit comprehensive funding proposals aligned with funding agency requirements.

• You ensure compliance with all guidelines and criteria during proposal submission.

• You coordinate funding activities within the organization.

• You contribute to technology road mapping definition and execution.

• You contribute to the protection of our technical IP.

• You increase our IP portfolio in line with our technology roadmap and strategic goals.

• You hold a master’s degree or are equivalent by experience.

• You have min. 5 years of experience in industry, preferably in aerospace. You understand and can operate within an industry organization.

• If you have experience with public funding programs (H2020, VLAIO, EDF, …) it is a great asset.

• You have multi‑technical skills and strong affinity with technology, especially embedded electronics related.

• You have a high level of intellectual affectivity, adapt to changing priorities and you are stress resilient.

• You have advanced communication skills in Dutch and English with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• You have strong project management skills.

• You have an innovative mindset and take initiative.
