Technical Project Manager – Migration to Web Platform

We’re embarking on one of the most exciting transformations in our company’s history — migrating our Facility client-based application into a next-generation web platform that’s faster, smarter, and built for scale.

To lead this mission, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution
.
Someone who can turn complexity into clarity, who understands both the code and the context, and who knows how to drive results across teams with confidence and empathy.

• Own the migration roadmap from legacy client application to a fully modernized web ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering leads, architects, and product managers to define the strategy, scope, and technical milestones of the migration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, Dev Ops, QA, UX) — ensuring seamless alignment and momentum.
• Oversee data and API migration
  , infrastructure evolution, and user experience continuity.
• Anticipate challenges before they surface and navigate dependencies with agility.
• Keep stakeholders in the loop with crisp communication, transparent reporting, and proactive problem-solving.
• Champion engineering excellence and delivery discipline while keeping morale high and vision clear.
• 5+ years of technical project management or engineering leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of web architectures (React, Angular, or similar),
  backend systems (.NET, Node.js, Java), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong command of Agile frameworks
  , with a knack for orchestrating complex projects and multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills — translating between technical depth and business priorities with ease.
• A calm, proactive leader who thrives in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

• Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
• Experience in API design, data migration, or cloud-native refactoring

• Certifications such as PMP

  , or SAFe

• A genuine passion for building products that scale beautifully and perform flawlessly.
