DS Business Analyst​/HR

Within the context of a strong transformation of its Digital Solutions (DS) landscape, IBA is looking for a Senior Business/Functional Analyst in its processes of Service Management (IT, Facilities, HR, etc…) and its IBA software/material product development Project management aiming to reinforce and develop its Application Services throughout Jira Service management, Jira Software & Confluence.

• Ensure business continuity of Service Management and software/material development management solutions - maintenance and enhancements
• Take a hands-on role in configuration of Jira and working within any established standards while offering constructive feedback on recommended changes
• Take a hands-on role in the design and configuration of reports and dashboards for users at multiple levels (users, managers, executives)
• Support functional testing processes to ensure that the solution meet the needs
• Facilitate dialogue between business, DS (Digital Solutions) and external IT partner teams
• Build and Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and deliver small projects related to these solutions
• Ensure well documented system solution configuration
• Manage all Jira user administration
• Manage Jira project and board set-up for new teams
• Coordination and active engagement in supporting and developing training requirements across the business

You have:

• Demonstrated experience from 3 to 5 years and expertise in
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst - good capability to analyze and deliver well balanced solutions
• You have knowledge in Atlassian tools Suite (Service Management, Software Management & Confluence) and you have a strong knowledge of ITIL 4.0 framework;
• Working with diverse stakeholder groups from business to technical
• Proven ability to build consensus among differing perspectives
• Demonstrated ability to document complex business/system requirements with clarity
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience with system integration and application architecture
• Strong workflow design experience
• Excellent communication skills in French and English

• Self-starter and customer & results oriented - good capability to commit and deliver work based on well-established priorities
• An excellent communicator both orally and in writing
• A proactive individual, willing to take initiatives and to come up with solutions
• Flexible and able to organize your work autonomously in a complex and challenging environment
• A team player, able to share your knowledge and support colleagues
• Result and Quality minded, rigorous and systematic in your daily activities
