We’re looking for a Global HR Business Partner to join our People & Performance team. Would you like to combine strategic advisory responsibilities with global coordination and operational execution? Do you want to utilize your expertise to ensure consistency and excellence in HR delivery across 19 countries? Then this might be the role for you!

YOUR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Acting as advisor to our Executive Leadership Team

You act as trusted advisor to our ELT, ensuring monthly reviews and strategic discussions on:

  • Recruitment and workforce planning
  • Employee engagement and experience
  • Reward and recognition programs
  • Learning and development initiatives
  • Performance management
  • Talent management and succession planning
  • Organizational design and efficiency
Global HRBP Coordination
  • Aligning and coordinating all HRBP activities globally, ensuring structural consistency and harmonization of HR practices across all regions
  • Partnering with local HRBPs to implement global HR strategies while respecting local compliance and cultural nuances
  • Serving as the central point of contact for HRBP alignment, ensuring timely communication and collaboration across countries
YOUR PROFILE
  • You’re able to influence and advise senior leadership on people strategy.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • You’re able to lead global HR initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
  • You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You’re able to execute HR processes hands‑on when required.
  • You’re fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • You’re proficient in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
  • You can effectively communicate and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • You’re results‑oriented, adaptable and resilient.
  • You’re able to proactively identify and implement new and creative solutions to HR challenges.
  • You’re a team player and a great collaborator.
