Talent Manager, HR Manager
LIXIL is seeking a highly adaptable and strategic HR Business Partner to drive the People Strategy and manage all operational HR functions across our dynamic Belgium and UK markets.
This unique role demands a full-stack HR professional capable of effortlessly transitioning from deep legal compliance and daily HR administration to high-level strategic influence. You will be the primary HR contact for approximately 90 employees across two offices, reporting directly to the HR Leader, France & Western Europe.
Location: Zaventem, Belgium (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Travel: Regular and essential travel to the UK (approx. once a month)
Key Responsibilities:The Dual Mandate Strategic Partnership & People Development
- Managerial Coaching & Leadership: Act as a trusted coach and partner to local leadership and line managers, empowering them to resolve complex team issues and fostering strong leadership skills within the organization.
- Talent & Engagement Architecture: Design and deploy concrete employee engagement action plans and development initiatives that reinforce LIXIL's culture and enhance retention across both territories.
- Change Management: Pilot organizational development initiatives and manage change projects to support business growth and maximize efficiency in both the Belgian and UK entities.
- Strategic Deployment: Drive the local implementation of LIXIL's global HR strategy, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, ensuring alignment with Western Europe objectives.
- Day-to-Day HR Management: Manage all aspects of HR administration and employee lifecycle from hire to exit, ensuring seamless execution of daily HR operations.
- Bicultural Legal Mastery: Ensure full and meticulous compliance with complex Belgian labor law (Contracts, Joint Committees, Social Questions) while competently applying UK employment practices and regulations.
- Payroll & Vendor Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external partners (payroll provider, social secretariat, legal counsel) to ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR processes.
- Hybrid Workforce Support: Oversee and provide HR support for international mobility issues between the Belgian and UK offices and coordinate the smooth operation of the hybrid working policy.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating a history of managing both the strategic narrative and the operational detail

Indispensable mastery of Belgian labor law combined with operational fluency in UK employment practices. - Languages:
Fluency is required in English, Dutch, and French to effectively manage both markets and senior stakeholders. - Influence & Adaptability: Proven ability to influence senior management and translate complex legal and business challenges into simple, actionable HR solutions. You are driven by a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Systems: Experience with HRIS systems (familiarity with Success Factors is a plus).
