• Help us attract and onboard recent graduates, and make their start at Datashift a success.
• Bring creative ideas to strengthen our presence and work on projects that improve recruitment and marketing strategies.
• Manage recruitment processes from first contact to onboarding.
• Organize events and activities for potential candidates.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team and share your vision.
• Explore new initiatives that fit your strengths and interests.

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Ideally, have 1–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, or similar experience through an internship, preferably with a focus on data, IT, or engineering.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Flexible mindset and eager to help build a bigger story.
• Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment that challenges you to adapt and think on your feet.
