Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en partners en je speelt een sleutelfunctie in projecten die de kwaliteit van de instroom en het employer brand verbeteren. De ideale kandidaat heeft 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring in rekrutering, is vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en beschikt over een opleiding in menswetenschappen.
