IMAGINE THE FUTURE AT ENVALIOR

As HR Business Partner Genk
, you act as the strategic and operational partner of the Site Leadership Team and a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive operational excellence, build a high-performance culture and ensure a safe, engaged and capable workforce.

You ensure that all site HR policies, processes and practices are fully compliant with Envalior standards and local labor legislation. This role requires a strong balance between strategic HR leadership and hands-on site presence.

You will make an impact by:
  • Partnering with the Site Management Team and department leaders to understand business goals and operational challenges, translating them into effective HR solutions
  • Advising and supporting line managers on all HR-related and labor law matters, including staffing, compensation, organizational changes and disciplinary cases
  • Developing and executing a site-specific HR agenda aligned with the site strategy and the global HR framework

Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Leading the site succession planning process and ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Driving the annual performance management cycle and coaching managers on goal setting, feedback and development planning
  • Identifying learning and development needs and collaborating with the global Talent & Engagement team to strengthen leadership capabilities and Envalior-aligned behaviors

Employee Engagement & Envalior Culture

  • Championing the Envalior way of working: safety first, customer focus, collaboration, empowerment and curiosity
  • Supporting the Site Management Team in defining and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale and retention
  • Leading the site employee engagement survey process, facilitating discussions and translating insights into concrete actions
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations cases and conducting thorough, objective investigations

Total Rewards, Operations & Compliance

  • Partnering with the regional Total Rewards and HR Operations teams to administer and communicate site benefit programs
  • Ensuring full compliance with all local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate, audit-ready HR records and processes

Other

  • Participating in global and regional HR projects
  • Coordinating and implementing global HR initiatives with a strong local focus
  • Key role as management representative within the local works council and union delegation meeting
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    , preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • You have 5–10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • You have strong business acumen and are able to translate business challenges into HR solutions
  • You demonstrate excellent people, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • You have experience working in a global context and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness
  • You are analytical, agile and comfortable navigating change and transformation
  • You communicate clearly, professionally and with impact
  • You have a strong understanding of local labor law and HR compliance
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
