Talent Acquisition Specialist

As Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you play a key role in attracting and welcoming new talent to our organisation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both white and blue collar positions. You ensure we attract, select and hire talent that aligns with our company values, culture and future needs. You will work closely together with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.

With your energy and people focus, you help strengthen our employer brand and support the growth of our teams. In addition to recruitment, you will also bring versatility to hard HR tasks, such as payroll and administrative HR responsibilities. This multifaceted role will allow you to contribute strategically and operationally to HR efforts, providing crucial support across the organization.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • You draft clear and engaging job descriptions for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • You proactively source candidates and strengthen our visibility on the labour market.
  • You manage the entire selection process: job intake, job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, selection, offer, candidate follow-up.
  • You manage relationships with staffing agencies and external partners.
  • You build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, understanding workforce planning and role requirements and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • You take the lead in building a strong employer brand and participate in relevant job fairs and events.
  • You continuously optimise our recruitment processes.
  • You ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating the full process, from administrative preparation to their first working day.
  • You actively develop effective employer branding initiatives, such as collaborations with schools, job days and creative attraction campaigns.
  • You support and back-up the HR team where applicable, an interest in hard HR is a valuable asset.
What do we expect from you?
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a similar discipline, and you already have some hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial context.
  • You take initiative, communicate clearly, and find it easy to build strong professional relationships.
  • You work in a structured and accurate way, and you feel comfortable coordinating several recruitment processes at the same time.
  • You are proactive and results-driven and can easily adapt to recruiting across different levels of the organization, from operational staff to leadership positions.
  • You act with discretion and maintain a supportive, approachable attitude, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • You understand the importance of cultural fit and can communicate the company’s values to a wide range of candidates.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with recruitment tools or platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter) is a strong plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
