De functie vereist een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring, en ervaring met payroll is een vereiste. Communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Frans zijn belangrijk, evenals de vaardigheid om kalm te blijven in stressvolle situaties.
