Associate Field Clinical Liaison

Location: EMEA-Belgium-Field based

• Host & execute speaker & Clinical educational events
• Handle Clinical support & education activities like daily calls with supervision
• Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate the training of new customers
• Might conduct field visits with customers and co-travels with internal team
• Moderate supervision and some guidance is given about the nature and extent of the work required, methods to be used, and results expected
• Contribute independently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or may have a master’s degree from a four-year college or university. Typically, minimum of 2 years of directly related experience. May have a master’s degree with 0-12 months of experience. Communicate effectively, is a team worker, and possess proficient time management skills

• Continue to build knowledge of business, products/services, the market, clinical or account needs
• Provide clinical support & education to orthodontists, dentists in private clinics as well as might do within DSO organizations and Universities
• Plans & executes with support or semi-independently interactive round tables with customers to drive case discussion & peer-to-peer networking / learning
• Work with moderately complex territory/assigned accounts, account management processes
• Is beginning to plan own territory or account approach and monitor resources
• Requires more resources, training and support to contribute on independent level

• Requires complete mastery of English and excellent or native proficiency in French.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience required (dentistry).
• Possess negotiation skills, challenger approach as well as didactical/presentation and facilitator skills.
• Has the ability to train medical staff in using the product effectively
