Vendis Capital Internship

Vendis Capital is an independent private equity firm specializing in investing in high-growth businesses active in the consumer goods industry across Europe. Our core markets are Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and the Scandinavian countries. Since its creation in 2009, Vendis has made 29 platform investments and another 27 add-on acquisitions, covering 7 countries. After having successfully deployed the first three funds, Vendis has now raised €525m for Vendis Capital IV.

• Period:4 to 6 months (preferably 6 months)
• Start date:February 2026

You will be given the opportunity to work alongside investment professionals on the appraisal of potential investment opportunities. Your efforts will mostly focus on the preparation of pro-active deal sourcing (mapping, screening, analysing different market segments). As an intern, you will:

• Analyse the strategy, markets, and competition of potential investment opportunities
• Evaluate the financial performance of investment opportunities
• Prepare presentations for internal and external use
• Prepare internal documents assessing the attractiveness of certain industries and companies

• A high level of motivation and a strong interest in strategy and corporate finance
• Academic excellence
• Excellence in extra-curricular activities
• Full working proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluent in Dutch and/or French
• Previous internship experience (if possible in investment banking/M&A, strategy consulting, private equity, and/or transaction services)
