9altitudes is reinforcing its Corporate Controlling Department, the financial backbone safeguarding our international growth journey. As part of the Corporate Controlling team, you play a pivotal role in steering our group-wide financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and harmonising financial processes across all countries in which 9altitudes operates.
You will work closely with two experienced colleagues in Corporate Controlling and collaborate intensively with finance teams across all regions. Together, you ensure clarity, consistency, and excellence in our financial reporting.
You report directly to our Group CFO, and your work will have visibility at the highest level, Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities- Deliver monthly consolidated management reporting that supports Senior Leadership & the Board of Directors in making data‑driven decisions.
- Coordinate and continuously improve the monthly closing process across the entire Group.
- Lead and orchestrate the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, alignment and forward‑looking insights.
- Monitor Cash Flow and coordinate short‑term liquidity planning.
- Provide financial reporting to external stakeholders such as banks and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update the master file for Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Prepare statutory consolidated financial statements.
- Support and coordinate the Group audit process, ensuring smooth communication and high‑quality deliverables.
- Drive the financial integration of M&A activities, embedding consistency in newly acquired entities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to harmonise and optimise financial processes across the Group.

- A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate controlling, audit, consolidation, or a related financial discipline.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including IFRS or equivalent consolidation frameworks.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and consolidation tools a strong asset.
- A high affinity with IT, automation and digital tooling.
- High standards regarding accuracy, precision and organisation.
