Finance Project Analyst

To support our growth, we are expanding our team with a Finance Project Analyst.

As a Finance Project Analyst, you will be part of the Tomorrow land Finance team. Together with the Finance Project Manager, you ensure the preparation, follow‑up, and implementation of financial transformation projects that support the international growth of the WEAREONE.world Group.

• Coordinate the budget process for the entire WEAREONE.world Group and contribute to accurate and timely reporting for various stakeholders.
• Support the planning and implementation of financial projects at group level (cash flow planning, transformation projects, process optimizations …).
• Assist in implementation projects to set up efficient financial structures in an international context.
• Act as the bridge between business owners and finance and take an active role in project coordination (business planning).
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support management in important financial and strategic decisions.
• Contribute to internal and external financial communication and support stakeholder management.

• Hold a master’s degree in an economic field, combined with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Have broad finance knowledge (audit, controlling, valuation, accountancy, corporate law, tax …).
• Work analytically and in a structured way and are able to work in a project‑based manner.
• Communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• Have a hands‑on mentality and think in solutions.
• International project experience is a plus.
