As Learn Lux’s Vice President of Finance, you will lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and execution as we continue to scale. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO, you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive financial discipline, visibility, and decision-making across the business.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role that blends strategic thinking with operational ownership. You will be responsible for building scalable financial systems, improving rigor and predictability, and ensuring Learn Lux has the financial foundation needed to support growth. The Vice President of Finance will play a critical role in shaping how we plan, measure, and operate the business, with meaningful influence across teams and initiatives as the company evolves.

This role is remote within the U.S., with candidates expected to be based in or near New York City and available for in-person collaboration as needed. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder.

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology-enabled businesses.
• Experience in the benefits and wellness industry is heavily preferred
• Proven experience building and operating finance functions in Series A+ or growth-stage startups.
• Strong background in FP&A, accounting oversight, and financial operations, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience partnering closely with CEOs, COOs, and Boards, with comfort operating under close executive oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take full ownership in environments with limited structure.
• Familiarity with global financial operations, including contractors and multi-currency considerations.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Quick Books, Brex, Ramp, Carta, and Hub Spot (or similar).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
