Credit officer; H-F-X

This Credit Officer role allows you to combine financial analysis, risk management, and business collaboration in an environment that promotes learning and growth.

• High complexity: constant vigilance regarding economic challenges, payment deadlines, and procedures.
• Continuous improvement culture: optimization of tools, digitalization, and automation for greater efficiency.
  This position requires responsiveness, accuracy, and negotiation skills in a setting where risk prevention is as important as customer relationships.
• Set and annually renew credit lines for clients and prospects based on financial analysis (liquidity, profitability, solvency).
• Daily reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding balances (due and not due) and follow up with clients.
• Track provisions > 90 days and initiate corrective actions.
• Block and unblock customer orders according our internal procedures.
• Assist in preparation and validation of SWAPS (hedging).
• Prepare and organize credit committee meetings with sales and management.
• Assign credit lines according to our internal procedures.
• Minimize payment delays, reduce overdue items, and prevent bad debts (Support to sales).
• Improve DSO and % overdue.
• Optimize work tools with IT support
