🔍 Looking for a Fund Controller / Finance Manager
Are you a finance professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in venture capital?
The role:- Creating investor reporting
- Running Power Queries and macros to generate individual capital account statements
- Managing automated workflows in Power Automate to update investor portals
- Cash planning and fund budgeting
- Quarterly portfolio valuations
- Preparing Investment Committee materials
- Align with central admin and auditors
- One direct report working on a maker‑verifier principle — you'll be the verifier
Time commitment: ±15-30 hours/month
Profile:- Experience with fund administration or venture capital
- Proficient in Excel (Power Query, macros)
- Familiar with Power Automate workflows
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with remote collaboration and team oversight
All processes and templates are already in place — you'll be taking over a running operation.
