As a
** Senior Finance Transformation Consultant
** at Tri Finance, you are a catalyst for strategic change, specializing in re-engineering the finance function to achieve

** Project & Change Management**.You will partner with leadership to move finance beyond its traditional role, delivering measurable competitive advantage by:
* ** Operational Excellence:
** Optimizing core finance processes (e.g. Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Fast Close, Planning & Budgeting) and implementing cutting-edge technology to achieve greater efficiency, accuracy, and reduced cost.
* ** Organizational Design:
** Recommending and implementing the optimal structure, roles, and competencies required to support the modern, strategic finance function.
* ** Project & Change Management:
** Leading and guiding successful transformation projects, focusing particularly on preparing the client's teams for the new ways of working, driving adoption, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the implemented improvements. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the growth and competency of the Tri Finance team.###

Your profile
* Strong academic background, preferably a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or an equivalent field
* 2–5 years of finance experience and knowledge of end‑to‑end finance processes
* Hands‑on experience in improving transactional processes (Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash, Purchase‑to‑Pay, Fast Close, Planning & Budgeting)
* The ambition to be a pragmatic and critical consultant in a rapidly changing environment.
* An analytical mindset with a healthy curiosity to explore and grow
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch, French and English
