As Consolidation & Reporting Specialist, you play a key role in securing the financial backbone of Europe’s most exciting leisure group. You ensure our group consolidation and reporting are accurate, compliant, and efficient, enabling clear insights that drive strategic decisions across our international organization. You will manage the monthly consolidation of all Snow World entities and prepare the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

With your analytical mindset and hands‑on approach, you contribute directly to our growth by continuously improving processes, systems, and collaboration within our finance teams.

• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of monthly group results in Lucanet.
• Maintain and optimise the Lucanet consolidation and reporting tool.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement) in line with IFRS, including complex areas such as M&A, purchase price allocation, and lease accounting.
• Coordinate the annual audit process, working closely with local finance managers and external auditors.
• Implement and safeguard group accounting policies and internal controls, ensuring consistency across all entities.
• Prepare financial reporting for shareholders, banks, and regulators, ensuring compliance with financing agreements.
• Collaborate with local finance managers and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local statutory and fiscal requirements.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities and support the Group’s liquidity and working capital management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consolidation and external financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; experience with Lucanet or similar tools is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, accurate, and able to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Skilled at guiding local finance teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
  German and/or French is a plus.
