THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Financial Analyst role offers a unique experience to support the Nijmegen plant under Biosurgery. It is also a great opportunity to support the ETHIZIA scale‑up, a product launched in 2024, providing hands‑on financial oversight and analysis during a critical growth phase. The position will lead reporting & close activities in collaboration with GS and local team. This person will work closely with production to understand business impact on the financial results as well as educate and inform departments on cost drivers and variances.

What you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (required)
- Previous work experience in Accounting/Finance 3-5 years
- Proficient spoken and written English (required).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required).
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- A team player with a positive, can do attitude and agility to flex multiple work streams fluidly
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, ability to work to tight deadlines
