CFOrent - Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Operations Analyst, you will be conducting in-depth analyses, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on cost control.

• Conduct thorough analyses focused on cost control and optimization.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction across different
  departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and propose actionable
  solutions.
• Independently perform in-depth data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for
  improvement, supporting informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement measurable KPIs to monitor and enhance the performance of
  various business processes.
• Coordinating projects aimed at streamlining operations and improving operational efficiency.
• Generate detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and
  recommendations to the management team.
• Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, advanced skills in Excel are required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A hands-on mentality and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of analyses and reports.
  Manage workload efficiently to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Being able to translate complex analyses and recommendations in a clear and
  understandable manner.

• A genuine interest in how business and finance come together
• Bachelor or Master in Finance, or similar
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar role within
  finance.
• Time management skills: able to work on multiple assignments for multiple clients, while
  maintaining accuracy against tight timeliness
• Pro-active mindset
• Be a team player: you will get to know different teams and people
• Flexibility in terms of time and location. You will work in multiple locations in Flanders and
  will need to manage your own time
• Have some proficiency in cloud-based accounting and reporting systems
