Een groeiend festivalbedrijf zoekt een enthousiaste medewerker voor de opbouw en uitbating van Festi Tent dorpen op festivals. Je werkt in een klein team en krijgt verantwoordelijkheden voor je eigen projecten. Deze fulltime rol vereist organisatorische vaardigheden, en een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring is niet vereist, maar affiniteit met de festivalwereld is een plus. Je geniet van extra vrije tijd in de winter na een drukke zomer.
