Within the Aftermarket Division Engineering Department, we are building a global team specialized in utility room engineering. We bring together all engineering activities related to AIRnet compressed air distribution products and Energy Recovery application engineering for compressor rooms. Our mission is to support customer centers and their end customers in designing efficient, sustainable solutions.

Are you passionate about innovation and motivated to strengthen the next generation of our compressed air distribution systems? We are looking for a driven, multifunctional Project Engineer to contribute to the development of our future product roadmap. In this role, you will actively participate in major product development projects in a global context.
As Project Engineer, you will take ownership of the technical scope and delivery of project results, reporting regularly to the team leader. You will work on product design, prototype validation, and the co‑design of an external automated assembly process within the supply chain. You monitor functional requirements, cost, project budget, and time‑to‑market throughout the development cycle.
Our AIRnet competence extends across several global teams: the design center in Gecia, a team in our Wuxi Product Company focused on the Chinese market, and a design center in India that provides full utility room designs to support the sales process of our customer centers. The engineering team also supports calculation tools, BIM CAD tools, and certification activities needed to ensure the global applicability of the AIRnet product range.
Qualifications- Experience as a Project Engineer in a technical environment
- Lab work experience, preferably in hydraulic pressure testing and reporting
- Familiarity/Knowledge of applicable standards (PED, ASME etc.), and CAD and PLM knowledge
- Experience in product developments involving casting design of plastics and aluminum, supported by strong analytical skills
- You communicate fluently in English
- You take ownership and make decisions in tough situations with risks considered and take responsibility for the decisions taken
