We are seekinga dynamic Project Management Consultant to lead and support a portfolio of solar PV and energy storage projects across Belgium. You will play a key role in shaping innovative clean‑energy solutions,transforming concepts into high‑performing, future‑proof systems.

What you will do -

As asolarand energy storage project manager,you’llbe involved in multiple high-impact projects, including:

• Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV and storage projects, from scoping to handover.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and align stakeholders (technical, financial, legal, regulatory).
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risks, and progress reporting.
• Support technical assessments, feasibility studies, and permitting pathways.
• Translate regulatory and grid‑connection requirements into actionable project plans.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, compliance, and optimal system performance.

What you will bring -

• Multilingual skills: Fluent in at least one of the 2 following languages Dutch and French + a proficient level of English (written and spoken) – essential for client communication and project delivery in multilingual environments.
• Mobility and flexibility: Whether you are behind the wheel with a B license or prefer low‑carbon commuting, you are ready to travel to client sites regularly.
• Exceptional communication: You excel at synthesizing information and communicating it in a way that drives action.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within solar, renewable energy, engineering, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in project management within solar, renewable energy, or engineering sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems and ideally experience with battery storage.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder environments with clarity and confidence.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for sustainability and accelerating the clean‑energy transition.
• Knowledge of Belgian or EU regulatory frameworks.
