- Developing and monitoring project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk analyses.
- Leading internal teams (engineering, R&D, production) and coordinating with external partners.
- Managing technical and contractual deliverables, including documentation, reports, test results, and certification.
- Organizing and supervising FAT/SAT, verification, and validation processes.
- Preparing and leading status meetings, steering committees, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, IP protection, export controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting sales and pre‑sales activities during tenders, RFPs, and technical proposals.
- Experience with technical projects, ideally within defence, aerospace, telecom, or high‑tech systems.
- Strong organisational skills with a solid sense of structure, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile… is a plus).
- Strong communication skills: able to translate technical information into clear actions and reports.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset and able to maintain oversight, even in complex projects.
- Comfort in working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of RF systems, sensor technology, radar, and optical systems.
- Experience with MIL‑STD standards, aerospace regulations, quality management, or testing processes.
- Familiarity with export control, CE/EMC, cybersecurity, or defence compliance.
- A key role in a fast‑growing high‑tech scale‑up with international ambitions.
- Working on projects with real impact in security, defence, and critical infrastructure.
- A competitive compensation package with growth potential.
- A dynamic work environment in Hasselt, with a driven and approachable team.
- Plenty of room for autonomy, ownership, and technical depth.
- A culture with short communication lines, little ego, and a high level of trust.
Employment is subject to obtaining Belgian, EU, and NATO security clearance, hence we require EU or NATO nationality.
