0004464    DEME is looking for a Maintenance Excellence Engineer to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing maintenance and asset management processes, conducting audits, and supporting our fleet teams in enhancing operational performance.
** Your Responsibilities
*** Conduct audits on vessels and fleet processes to provide insights and identify improvement actions.
* Implement and promote continuous improvement in maintenance and asset management processes.
* Ensure compliance with standards and KPIs and contribute to strategic improvement initiatives.
* Manage and optimize digital systems and data analytics to support asset management.
* Advise and support fleet teams in reliability, maintenance interventions, and investment strategies.
** Your Profile
*** Experience in a maritime or technical environment.
* Knowledge of asset management, reliability, financial processes, and procurement within the maritime sector.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and initiate process improvements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and influence various stakeholders.
* Problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach to developing and implementing improvement initiatives.
* Thorough understanding of maritime maintenance processes and technical systems.
