Function

Help build the future of the Belgian and European energy transition.
Elia is expanding its offshore high-voltage grid through the ambitious Princess Elisabeth Island project, which will connect the new wind farms in the Princess Elisabeth Windfarm Zone to the mainland. In addition, together with the UK grid operator, Elia is exploring the development of a new interconnector between Belgium and the United Kingdom — the Nautilus Interconnector.

You will contribute to one of Europe’s most groundbreaking energy infrastructure projects. You will be given autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to manage a technically integrated project of exceptional scale.

  • Transport and installation of the modules, transformers, and shunt reactors to Princess Elisabeth Island.
  • Offshore Electrical Works: connection and final commissioning of all electrical equipment and the 6 × 220kV AC export cables.

You will join a motivated project team of approximately 12 direct colleagues.
