Le candidat idéal possède un baccalauréat ou un master en électromécanique, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, et a des compétences en gestion des systèmes et analyse de problèmes techniques.
Ce rôle dynamique permet de contribuer à la transition énergétique et à l'optimisation des opérations de maintenance.
