Tanint is seeking skilled Field Service Engineers to support operations across Photovoltaics (PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Data Centers (DC), and EV Charging infrastructure. This role is crucial to ensuring reliable field performance, service quality, and SLA compliance across critical energy and power solutions. Engineers will be instrumental in strengthening local support capabilities while contributing directly to the region’s clean energy and digital infrastructure expansion.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will lead onsite technical activities, from commissioning and maintenance to troubleshooting and operational support for PV, BESS, DC, and EV Charging systems. Working closely with local partners and service teams, you will ensure high service availability, drive rapid issue resolution, and uphold strict safety and compliance standards. The role requires hands‑on experience in high‑voltage environments and the ability to adapt across multiple product lines.

• Lead field operations and technical intervention activities across PV, BESS, DC, and EV Charging systems
• Ensure all service activities comply with SLAs and technical standards
• Perform onsite installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Support high-voltage system operations with a strong focus on safety and compliance
• Coordinate with local service partners to build and enhance a localized service ecosystem
• Document field activities, prepare reports, and provide feedback for product/service improvement
• Assist with remote diagnostic checks and escalation management where necessary

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in PV, BESS, Data Center, or EV Charging environments
• Strong understanding of high‑voltage systems and safety procedures
• Background in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related technical fields
• Ability to perform field diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/system issues
• Strong communication skills and customer‑facing professionalism
• Candidates must already be based in the Benelux region

• Experience with inverter systems or energy storage management platforms
• Knowledge of grid‑tied renewable energy systems
• Familiarity with EV charger (AC/DC) installation and OCPP standards
• Data center power system experience (UPS, LV/MV equipment)
• Multilingual capability (English + Dutch/French/German)
