• Coach, train, and inspire others to prioritize health and safety, apply guidelines in the daily work, and take decisive action to achieve Vision Zero
• Provide coaching sessions and deliver impactful training on behavioral safety and life‑saving rules
• Provide expert advice on risk assessments and ensure environmental compliance
• Investigate incidents, uncover root causes, and implement preventive measures that make a real difference
• Ensure safety standards are met and propose smart, practical improvements
• Support employees and management with the knowledge and tools to stay safe and compliant

• Prevention advisor level 1 (or level 2 with a willingness to achieve level
  1)
• Work experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment (preferably energy or process industry)
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and business fluent in English (C1), other language skills are a plus
• Strong willingness to develop professional skills (e.g. project management, safety regulations)
• Take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities and deliver tangible results
• Open and international‑minded personality, comfortable with working in a start‑up environment with flat hierarchies; strong motivation and willing to roll up sleeves
