Technical Office Engineer – Infrastructure Projects; Limburg

We are supporting a leading international construction group active in complex civil and infrastructure works. For current and upcoming infrastructure projects in the Limburg region
, we are looking for a Technical Office Engineer with vision, technical depth, and a strong drive for innovation.

These projects include bridges, tunnels, and major civil works

• During both the preparation phase and execution of the works
  , you support the Project Manager in the following areas:
• Reviewing, checking, and optimising execution drawings from subcontractors and suppliers
• Defining and developing the most efficient construction methods
• Preparing quantity take-offs and managing material orders, including price negotiations
• Developing and monitoring project planning and partial schedules
• Following up on construction progress and related cost control
• Managing the technical and administrative documentation of the project
• Coordinating closely with the on‑site execution team
• Acting as the key link between external partners and the construction team

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in large‑scale civil or infrastructure works
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with public procurement procedures and legislation
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable leveraging internal and external networks to drive innovation and efficiency
• Fluent in Dutch
  , both spoken and written; additional languages are a strong asset
