As Senior Project Manager you will lead strategic capital projects within an EMEA project delivery organisation. Your initial focus will be a high impact advanced therapy manufacturing programme in Belgium, delivering end to end execution from early design through qualification, validation and operational handover in a regulated environment.

Lead medium to large capital projects across concept, design, execution, qualification, validation, handover, ensuring structured delivery at every stage.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• 10+ years project management experience in regulated manufacturing
• Proven capital project delivery from design through start up
• Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing, process engineering, regulatory requirements
• Solid experience with cost control, scheduling, budgeting, contractor management
• Ability to lead complex cross functional teams, partly remote delivery
• Strong communicator with structured, solution driven mindset
• Thereafter minimum 50 percent travel within Europe
