Een toonaangevende producent van speelkaarten is op zoek naar een Process Engineer in de VS die verantwoordelijk is voor het optimaliseren van productieprocessen. Je werkt samen met verschillende teams om de efficiëntie en duurzaamheid te verbeteren. De rol biedt mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling en vereist ervaring met Lean-methodieken zoals 5S en SMED. Je zult ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor het coachen van teams en het leiden van verbeterprojecten.
