As our Project Contract Manager
, you are the main point of contact for clients, colleagues, and subcontractors during the execution of projects and maintenance works. Together with the work planner, you ensure accurate and timely delivery, including administration, reporting, and invoicing. You are the link between Thermopol and the client, with a focus on technology, planning, finances, and relationship management.
Organize and coordinate maintenance works and projects.
Prepare and monitor project planning in consultation with the other departments within Thermopol.
Lead the on-site assembly team, acting as a coach and motivator.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Monitor budgets and resolve on-site assembly issues.

ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree and ca. 5 years of experience, preferably in the process industry; experience in the piping industry or with piping projects is a must.
Strong technical skills; familiar with ISO drawings and project planning.
Proven organizational and motivational skills as a people manager.
Customer-oriented, solution-driven, focused on building long‑term relationships; fluent in Dutch,391, English, and French.
Positive, flexible, willing to travel and work irregular hours; VCA VOL certificate obtained or willingness to achieve it.
