Expert HVAC Engineer

Resolia is an engineering consultancy specialized in renewable district heating networks. We facilitate the efficient deployment of decarbonized thermal energy systems by providing:

• master planning;
• technical sizing of energy production and distribution systems;
• construction oversight and project management for renewable thermal energy systems.

We focus exclusively on decarbonized energy sources such as waste heat recovery, geothermal energy (ATES & BTES), solar thermal and photovoltaic energy, biomass, and biogas.

As a Thermal Energy Expert, you will be at the core of our mission to design and implement high-performance district heating networks. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of technical quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

• Dimensioning: Dimension complex district heating networks with precision, ensuring optimal performance and minimal energy losses. Conduct hydraulic simulations and design systems that balance efficiency and resilience.
• Compliance: Apply a deep understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., EN 13941-1, ASHRAE) to ensure every design complies with the latest requirements.
• Advanced Tools: Utilize state-of-the-art design and simulation tools (e.g., BIM, hydraulic modeling software) to develop detailed and reliable technical specifications and layouts.
• Project Management: Oversee the technical coherence and budgetary alignment of all design choices. Manage constraints such as material availability and construction schedules without compromising quality.
• Mentorship: Act as a technical reference within the team, mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement. Promote a collaborative approach to complex challenges while fostering technical growth among peers.
