* Design and develop ships, hull structures, onboard systems and mission equipment – the electrical & automation part as your focus.
* Engineer systems such as electrical power plants, automation systems and auxiliary installations.
* Ensure all designs meet classification society and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define functional descriptions and technical specifications.
* Support the procurement process by validating compatibility with system designs.
* Introduce innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to improve vessel performance.
* Oversee system integration, from design to commissioning, ensuring seamless functionality.
* Work closely with design offices, production teams and testing facilities to validate concepts.
* Prepare clear technical documentation, risk assessments and design reports.

Your profile
* Master’s degree in Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
* Strong technical background and analytical skills.
* A minimum of 3 years hands-on working experience in performing complex and multidisciplinary engineering scopes and system integration.
* Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
* Excellent communicator and team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Accountable, action-driven, and committed to technical excellence.
