** You will report directly to the Head of Energy Transition and collaborate closely with teams across Real Estate, Fleet, Projects & Infrastructure, and Engineering.
** Your Mission
** As Senior Project Manager Electrification, you will:·        
** Lead and oversee electrification projects
** such as EV charging infrastructure, solar panel installations, and other renewable energy initiatives.·        
** Develop and implement strategies
** for energy transition, including long-term plans for charging networks and green energy integration.·        
** Provide technical expertise
** in electrical systems, ensuring compliance with MV/HV standards, cabling, and substation requirements.·        
** Manage project leaders and multidisciplinary teams**, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.·        
** Ensure strong project governance**, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.·        
** Promote sustainability and innovation**, integrating best practices and emerging technologies into project delivery.

** to lead strategic projects that will shape the future of mobility and renewable energy within our organization. In this role, you will manage a network of more than
** 300 buildings
** and spearhead the rollout of
** one of the largest electrification programs in Belgium**, actively contributing to the realization of a
** climate-neutral logistics chain**.Nous recherchons une personne qui allie expertise technique et compétences en leadership :
· Diplôme de bachelier ou master en électromécanique, génie électrique ou domaine similaire.
· Expérience en gestion de projets (6+ ans), idéalement dans l’électrification, l’énergie ou les projets d’infrastructure.
· Connaissance des systèmes moyenne/haute tension, des cabines électriques et des calculs de câbles (Caneco est un atout).
· Solides compétences organisationnelles et administratives pour le suivi des projets.
· Capacité à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes et à motiver les équipes.
· Maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
· Familiarité avec les solutions de recharge pour véhicules électriques et les projets d’énergie renouvelable est un atout, mais pas indispensable.
