We are expanding and looking for an Engineering Project Manager (or similar profiles such as Project Engineer, Technical Project Lead, Railway Engineer, Rolling Stock Specialist, System Engineer) who enjoys taking responsibility for technology, execution, client interaction, and project outcomes and will contribute to improving the railway systems and have a direct societal impact.
As an Engineering Project Manager, you are the central point of contact within our railway projects and rolling stock operations.
What you will do- Manage technical projects in railway engineering, electromechanics, and signalling from design to delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, site teams, maintenance, administration) and external partners such as Pintsch and Hanning‑Kahl
. - Lead site meetings, monitor schedules and deadlines, and ensure compliance with quality, budget, and contractual agreements.
- Oversee the realization of prototypes, testing, assembly, and commissioning.
- Analyze technical issues and provide support for malfunctions, maintenance, and optimizations during the warranty period or in operation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement regarding ISO, VCA, safety, and site efficiency.
- Spend regular time on‑site or in maintenance facilities, not just behind a desk.

ProfileEducation
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering (electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or technical projects
, preferably in electromechanical installations, automation, or industrial systems, with responsibility for coordination, planning, execution, and maintenance.
Skills
- Strong technical understanding of electromechanics, electrical installations, signalling, or industrial automation.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Analytical, organised and able to prioritise.
