Professor Amma Panin based at UCLouvain, is inviting applications for a one-year (renewable) postdoctoral fellowship position with the earliest start date of 1 September 2026. The postdoctoral fellow will be based at UCLouvain in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium and will work on an ERC-funded project studying how religion impacts economic decisions.
The position involves empirical analyses of large-scale religious data disseminated over social media networks.

Qualifications/Eligibility:
- A PhD in Economics in a relevant field is required by the start date of the contract.
- Demonstrated mastery of standard empirical economics toolkit.
- Experience working with secondary datasets from Sub-Saharan Africa.
