The position is open to candidates developing research projects focusing on Renaissance and Early Modern art (16th-18th centuries) in the Lower Countries, in the fields of painting, sculpture, and/or architecture. The chair holder will be required to teach the Introduction to Art History course for all first-year students in Art History and Archaeology, to teach Renaissance and Early Modern Art History at the bachelor's level (lectures and practical work), and to offer master's level courses in line with their fields of research, particularly in the context of established collaborations with ENSAV La Cambre.
