In this role you will be responsible for localization of Marketing campaigns in accordance with your customer, gaining insight in these customer needs and provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders as well as delivering marketing and communication innovation.

• Creating Customer Plan in accordance with One Plan
• Delivering marketing content during cycle meetings
• Localizing of Marketing Campaigns
• Gaining customer insights via field days
• Managing Social Media and digital Marketing - applicable if a country does not have a digital marketing expert
• Creating services to support specific local brands in line with overall business objectives
• Aligning sales force in approach to an account including USP’s
• Analysing sales results of own brand
• Having quarterly calls with countries to share best practices
• Having monthly calls with relevant Business Managers to provide local input about customer needs
• Technical Responsibilities
• Providing technical training to the local sales team
• Creating Technical quizzes for the local (sales) team
• Acquiring and maintaining long-term relationships with KOL’s
• Creating and conducting webinars

• Proven track record and a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing in the field of animal health of similar
• A solution-oriented, creative and innovative mindset
• A willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams and task-forces
• Fluent in Dutch and English verbal and written
• Fluent in French verbal and written is desirable
