Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Dutch Support Agent to join our team for , one of the world's leading online travel platforms. This role allows you to live and work in beautiful Greece, with paid relocation support included. As a Dutch Support Agent, you will be essential in providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring they have a positive experience while using the platform.

• Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to their bookings, travel information, and account issues
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high standards of satisfaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system for effective tracking
• Collaborate with various teams to find solutions for complex inquiries and improve service delivery
• Keep updated on promotional offers, travel regulations, and platform enhancements to provide accurate information

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑centric approach
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is beneficial
• A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture, with paid relocation support provided
